“PMC INVEST” Tivat is a specialised company in Montenegro for hydro-construction works, regulation of roads, development wharves and dock.

The company was incorporated in 1995 as an integral part of the “Ivan Milutinovic PIM” company from Belgrade, certainly the best known company in this field in the region. As a member of the “PIM” group, with references and experiences worldwide, the company was known as “PIM INVEST” Tivat. Since the restructuring of the “Ivan Milutinovic PIM” in 2000, the company has been operating independently under the name “PMC INVEST” Tivat.

“PMC INVEST” owns construction equipment, manpower, knowledge and experience in hydro-engineering, designing and contracting in civil engineering and building construction with high-quality standards.

Since its incorporation, the company has acquired numerous references. We built the ferry dock in Lepetane, the ferry dock in Kamenare, the port of Risan, a dock in Petrovac, we also performed some works in the port of Bar and the ship repair in Bijela, and built the shore walls in Petrovac and Sutomore and a number of piers and boat harbours at the Montenegrin coast. Our activities also included civil engineering and building construction; thus we built the access road to the ferry dock Lepetane, a business building in Tivat where the company headquarters is located, a residential and business building, and a number of smaller buildings. Expanding our business activity, we have undertaken several adaptions, extensions and restorations of cultural monuments.

During these ten years the “PMC INVEST” has come to be a recognisable name in Montenegro and a guarantor of quality in line with world standards, with the ambition to expand to new technologies and new markets. We made our name by dedicated work and with selfless assistance from our friends and associates.
